Nyxel Cycling Helmet Engineering & Headform Review.
Lumos had an early prototype and design for the Nyxel helmet but needed support with developing a new headform to standardize sizing across their product line. HSDL updated the headform, developed new padding, and established a fit strategy—delivering a more comfortable, production-ready helmet for riders.
